This form only applies for touch-ups on work done by Grey.

Complimentary Touch Up:

Grey offers one complimentary touch up with each tattoo appointment, which must be done within the first 6 months of your tattoo (for multi-session projects, the start date applies to the final session).

Forfeiture of Complimentary Touch Up:

Failure to follow proper aftercare will result in forfeiture of your complimentary touch up. This includes complications or infections from not properly cleaning your tattoo, picking/scratching it while it heals, or early exposure to high-moisture environments and excessive fall out due to direct sun exposure within the first month of healing.

Failure to reschedule your touch up 48 hours prior to your appointment, showing up 10+ minutes late, or no-showing will result in forfeiture of your complimentary touch up.

Regular Touch Up:

A deposit of $50 will be required to cover the costs of supplies and time. For regular wear and tear touch ups, this will be the only cost. If your tattoo requires a substantial amount of work (i.e. excessive fall out from unprotected sun exposure), additional fees will be required.
