Booking Policies
DEPOSIT
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
Unless this falls within a clearly stated exception on this page, your deposit is non-refundable for any reason, so please only book if you are ready to commit!
For example, if you pay the deposit and want to cancel your appointment 15 minutes later, your deposit will not be returned.
RESCHEDULE LIMIT
We understand things come up unexpectedly, so you are allowed one free reschedule done within 72 hours of your appointment.
Reschedules done with less than 72 hours will requrie a new deposit to be put down, and any additional reschedules will require a $10 admin fee for each reschedule (not applicable if Grey is the one having to reschedule).
As an artist, Grey prioritizes different projects at different times. So if your reschedule falls during a time where she is focusing on other types of tattoos, she reserves the right deny your project if it no longer aligns with what she wants to tattoo.

WAIT TIME
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS
No call, no shows for consultations and touch ups will result in being unable to book with Grey again in the future.
Even last-minute notice is better than nothing!
COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UPS
Complimentary touch ups must be done within the first 6 months.
